Your First Visit
We look forward to welcoming our first time visitors when we open to visitors in the spring of 2026. We are open exclusively for members and associates until the Spring 2026 season begins.
Weekends are best for a first visit so you can take a tour and take part in our activities and social atmosphere, First Timers will not be allowed after 2pm (Everyday) without an overnight accommodation unless they contact the office beforehand. After September 19 first timers must arrive before 2pm and only on Saturday or Sunday unless they have reservations through the office to stay overnight.
IMPORTANT IDENTIFICATION and BACKGROUND CHECK INFORMATION
For your protection, all first-time visitors to our gated community must present a valid photo ID at our office and consent to CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information) and SORI (Sexual Offender Record Information) checks. Anyone who has been convicted or awaiting trial for a felony or any type of sexual offense will be denied entry. Anyone visiting with a minor under 18 must have a birth certificate or other official document for the minor(s) that shows at least one of the visitors is legally the parent of the accompanied minors. If a single parent, an emergency contact is required for the child if something happens to the parent.
Management retains the right to deny entry to anyone.
A valid government issued ID with picture is required for all adults who wish to enter. See above for ID requirements for minors.

Office Check in and Tour
We love our first time visitors and can’t wait to share our slice of paradise with you. After you have checked in at the office and paid your day pass fee a friendly guide (“yellow hat”) from our Membership Committee will accompany you on a tour of Solair and answer your questions. Everyone should expect to take the tour nude (weather permitting), as we are a nudist resort and not a clothing optional resort. We have found it best for our visitors to jump into the nudist experience . The office or tour guide on the tour will review a summary of our policies and procedures and all visitors must certify their understanding and acceptance by signing a copy of the check list.
We find it can be helpful for our visitors to review the first time visitor check list before their arrival. Please note especially that nudity is required at all times , weather permitting, in the pool, area surrounding the pool, the beach, the pond, hot tub , sauna and shower areas.
After the tour you are free to relax, explore on your own, or settle into accommodations if you are staying over. You will see other “yellow hats” around camp. Always feel free to approach them if you have any questions or issues.
Please call ahead to reserve overnight accommodations in a rental cabin or RV or tenting site.
