 One of the pillars of our success as a member-owned community is our wonderful volunteers. Our workshare program is a key part of our culture of giving back time and talent. As a member-owned community, we all benefit from our volunteering efforts. We will list available volunteer workshare opportunities here when we are looking for help. Some of us prefer to work independently for an hour here and there, while others prefer the camaraderie of a group project.
