| June 14, 1934 | Solair Recreation league begins with 3 active members, 12 prospects |
| 1935 | First location on 35 acre farm, total of 21 paid members and 55 visitors |
| 1936 | Second location on 40 acre farm |
| May 2, 1937 | Deed to present location drawn up |
| October-52 | Laurel Ridge Inc. becomes the corporation name, 30 shares of stock issued |
| 1957 | 102 Shares of stock |
| 1959 | Beach enlarged by hand |
| 1962 | Steambath |
| 1963 | Sand spread on beach, pond drained and dredged |
| 1965 | Youth Center |
| July 4,1977 | Lightning strikes the "Old Lodge" and burns to ground, later Round House built at site |
| 1985 | Round House (Arent Pavilion) erected |
| 1987 | First lawn mower race |
| 1995 | Heated Outdoor Swimming Pool |
| 1997 | Outdoor Pavilion |
| 2002 | Community Center complete adjacent to the pool, first Dance held in May |
